'Tis that time of year. The doors to the literary season are being kicked open. Two superstars in the same week - Bret Easton Ellis at the O'Reilly Theatre and Edna O'Brien at the Mansion House. Huge crowds at both events.
I won this. Still can't believe it. It's beautiful, quiet and there's a babbling brook outside the window. It's like a fairytale. Good work is going to be done in the writing room! I'm armed with ideas, notebooks, laptop and loads of books to read.
